I live near the Hull site on St marks street. I was in the middle of buying a property so spoke with MP and project manager when the place was been built. I was fed a load of rubbish about new airfreshners been installed so no smell. Well let me tell you they lied. Luckily we never bought the house but still rent round here. The smell is rancid to the point you can't open your windows. We have a great park near us but I can guarantee children won't play there in the summer as this smell can only get worse.
Doors are open constantly and the noise from forklifts and door alarms is terrible and goes on past 22.00pm. No consideration for family's that live round here. We are the lucky ones though and can move. This is a warning as more of these places will be built and if it's your area your in for a shock.

Follow up. Spoke with a few people and the manager onsite. They agreed to keep the doors shut and to turn up the airfreshner. For a month it was better no smell. All changed again and the smell is just rancid it's a combination of aerosol and cheese.
