I was told about this place by a work colleague. I do a fair amount of my own serving and repairs to my vehicles and had mentioned to this guy how the usual place I'd been using for decades had increased its prices and had assumed this was just the way the world was now.
This place definitely has a price advantage and the battery/service/suspension parts I was after were all in stock. The previous supplier had an online side and I would have thought this might have put this place at a disadvantage, but no issue getting stuff quickly at all. The staff were all happy enough to find the parts and efficient along with it.

After coming out of hospital due to COVID-19
The car hadn’t been started for a while,flat battery.
Rang Dave at NPA had not dealt with them before.
Dave arranged a new battery at a good price delivered
Whithin 2hrs.
Excellent.

After using Sunderland branch for years and never had an issue. I purchased parts from Newton Ayclife that were defective. Took them back and exchange parts were just as bad. They initially refused a refund but eventually gave it, but I have yet to recieve my exchange part back or the surcharge. I will never use again and would urge anyone BUYER BE WARE.
As for the reply looking into this, I have ordered parts elswhere and will be returning to recieve either my exchange parts or surcharge if i have had no reply in 7 days

Went in for headlight bulb guy says you dont have a mask on i say no i dont have one says he can sell me on i say ok come back with mask hes still arguing with me saying you cant get into tescos without a mask i say i can as i am expected he then refueses to serve me ... i have used npa for years and had an account with them for years i will now be looking for new place to get my parts from now on .. disgusting staff . Fact he never asked if i had an account he was more focused on my lack of mask.. time somone explained to people not everyone HAS to ware a mask.
