If a company could get negative zero reviews, this one would have earned it. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Please avoid at all cost. They collected my car in October, with the promise of payment within4 days. It’s February, no payment yet. They do not pick my calls, and if they do, I am transferred to the accounts inbox which is always full. Very Pathetic. I need my money.

Big shout out to Ish, collected my broken down car nice and efficiently, talked me through what to do with the paperwork and kept in regular contact when there were any issues with payment. Thanks to this service I was able to get back on the road with another car and continue to help a relative with their medication collections

They were quick in communications to pick up my vehicle. They seemed professional, but once the vehicle was picked up I never received payment. All email and phone numbers were dissconnected and I never heard from them again. Would not advise using this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They came and took my car within 5 hours of getting the quote I thought great 24 hour payment no payment in 24 hour was told that I would be paid 3 days because of bank holiday no payment. I rang and rang again no answer then I managed to get through spoke to someone they can’t do anything because not there department. So they put me on hold no body ever answers when you are on hold so I rang again couldn’t get hold of anyone the only way they would answer the phone if I wanted to sell another car I have only received my money from these scammers due to me ringing every single day and pestering them I wouldn’t suggest anyone to use.they just fill you with false hope and lies it’s more hassle than what’s it’s worth

I have been scammed as well. Car picked up ok, they promise payment in three days. Two weeks later, still no payment. The contact number is not in the UK and they promise a call back that never comes. They cannot pass you to a supervisor and the "Accounts" mail box is full. I have never written a review before but this company are scammers. Trading Standards advised and I have a police reference number as I consider my car as being stolen by them.

*AVOID* I CHASED THESE LOT FOR 2 WEEKS. Everyday they said that I will receive payment today. They shut the phone on your face if you are are lucky enough to get through to them. JOEL AND PHILLIP - so unprofessional they don’t even deserve 1 star. After screaming on the phone that they will be reported to HMRC. I then got a call from Karisa who I believe is in accounts who made the payment in 2 mins. Only She deserves the star.

Very fast vehicle pick up, but I have been waiting to receive the payment for my vehicle for over over a 2 weeks. Now.. I have tried to phone the company many times which rarely if ever gets answered, the message storage is always full.
