An alternative to parking in town now that the other car park is shut! A wonder through the fields to get to the town. Reasonably priced. Pity there's no toilets, especially as the ones in town are now shut!

Car Park on the outskirts of Rye. Open spaces and access across railway line to town centre / information centre and pubs and restaurants. Nice view of Windmill B&B. Car Park is pay and display.

Allison Stoat the best parking attendant helped us enormously. Convenient to old Rye. A walk past a lighthouse over the river and the railway line and bam your at the port. £2 all day. Well done Allison.

Info on Internet suggested that there was space for Motorhomes in an overflow field here. However there is a 2m height barrier at the entrance so no good for any but smaller Motorhomes. Nowhere to park 3m high X 7m long van anywhere in Rye. Parked at Winchelsea Beach instead but missed out on our intended seafood platter in Rye.
