Easy contact by WhatsApp, but lots of other contact methods available. Very quick to respond, agreed on same day pickup, came round as promised and picked up the scrap - I did say it was a washing machine beforehand, not exactly great for scrap value so wouldn't have held it against him if he'd said no. Would definitely recommend and use again.
