I’ve lived in the area 4 years now and whenever I’ve been I’ve found it easy to navigate and never had much of a wait, if at all. Compared to the one near the QMC which I used previously this one is miles better.

At the end of the day it’s a tip and it does what it needs to do, however I would avoid speaking to certain staff members as they can be extremely unpleasant and unnecessarily rude. I would personally avoid anyone wearing an orange hi-vis.

Facilities are not too bad, not very well signposted however managed to dispose of some items. Unfortunately staff who were working were very rude and unhelpful. I'd like to say I was surprised however reading reviews now I'm assuming many have had the same experience. What a shame.

Took a sofa and cushions in asked for assistance was told No i can't lift nothing, when I pointed out the sign said for assistance ask the attendant he shouted another who replied B*** .would not give me there names so I could make official complaint. Was told I had a attitude in the end one of them ripped the sofa out the back of my van chucked in on the floor and walked away.Rude and totally un- professional.

Came here to drop off an old table and cardboard. All the skips are signposted, and it is clear where what goes. The staff are also helpful and will assist with directing you to the correct skip to use. I went on a Saturday, and it was very busy. I had to queue for a bit before dropping off my waste. It's probably a good idea to come early in the morning or during the week if you don't want to wait.

Not a bad site if ur a good looking female if not very arrogant and abusive especial one member of staff think his name is neil walks with abit of a limp he is terrible for shouting at pepole. Where have the good staff gone
