they sent me a defective part, started a ebay return they called me, saying he wants to find a solution, i simply said what solution please send me the return lablel so i can post you back your item as he wouldnt send it, imediatly started threathning and swearing at me, even said if you were here i would beat you up, these are the kind of BIG men you deal with, had to call back several times to get the return label, and the most appaling thing is he wouldnt send the return label until he put me on speaker and i had to apologise to him, the fact that i had to demean myself for this company is appaling
