Please avoid this scam company. I reported their fake reviews to Google business.
They will sign fake contract with you then steal your car never pay you back your money for your car. All the 5 Star reviews here are all fake reviews. Shame on this British company!
I wrote email to this company claim the payment with no response and called this company ask for payment gave them my car registration number and bank details again . Unfortunately I still didn’t get the payment from them they even blocked my number. I reported police by “The Action Fraud “. If I still can’t get payment for my scrapping car I have to take legal action to claim my payment again.

The painful part about them stealing from me is that the money was for my mum’s cancer treatment back home… the case is already in court and action fraud but the real punishment will come from God 🙏🏼 stealing money from a sick person is something they will pay for it I’m 100% sure of that 🙏🏼
I recommend anyone who got scammed by them to go there and refuse to leave they will pay you I haven’t done that because I’m now waiting for the court hearing but another lady got in touch with me by facebook and we will go all together and seat there if nothing happens in court, I will get my money one way or another

Hope someone from this company will see the review.
Now if you think you can scam people, think again. I filled a court claim against you, get ready because the number of people that are scammed by you and your group are increasing rapidly. This will be a class action and the damages and compensation that you have to pay will be 10 times higher for each person.
Your recovery vehicle have been recorded on CCTV while was loading the car and the reg will be given to the court. The driver will be part of the class action as suspecion to commit fraud.

SCAM COMPANY DO NOT USE
Like many others have said they collected my car and that was the last I heard from them. No payment was received.
There is no way to contact them, the listed number is disconnected and the voicemail box for the number they use to book the collection is full so you can't leave a message. AVOID

like all the reviews here they collected my car and never paid me. They dont answer my call. They keep putting me through to colleagues who never pick up. They took my bank details 4 times. Its been almost a month. The worat company Ive ever dealt with. All the 5 star reviews are definitely fake

Very unreal service, there's no way to contact them, picked my car on 29/08 and no response from them to settle the amount.
DON'T USE THEM, WE HAVE THE POWER TO DO SOMETHING, REPORT THEM AS A SCAM COMPANY, AS YOU SEE OTHERS REVIEWS
I will report them as a doggy company as they are scammers.

They took my car on August 1st, and as of today, August 22nd, I still haven't received my payment. Their voicemail is always full, making it impossible to leave a message. When I finally got through, they promised someone would call me back, but no one ever did. They even pretended not to hear me and asked if I could move around while I was speaking. I've called them countless times, and now they won't even answer.Please be cautious—this is a scam operation. If I don't receive my payment within the next 7 days, I will be taking legal action

I wish i would have seen these reviews. I so annoyed and frustrated. I scrapped my car a week ago, and was told that by Thursday for sure i would be getting my payment in my account. Now for someone like, if you tell me something i would expect it to be there, i waited Friday, checked my account no payment paid- I've now called and the guy i speak to says hes only a sales rep and will transfer me over to account, so far i've been polite about the whole situation because i thought maybe theres a glitch somewhere. I'm waiting for accounts to pick up my call but im in the queue. Friday is my moving day to a new flat but whilst im on the phone i've noticed i've been on hold for an 1hr. So hang up and say i'll try again later. The whole fricking day i spent trying to get a hold of them. Then again on Saturday and now today i have spoken to the same person each time who keeps saying i'll transfer you to accounts- but the number he transfers to keep cutting out after the voicemail. And the whole day today i have tried all different numbers, options and nothing.
How long do i have to wait for my payment?
Service is terrible.
