John is honest and very helpful - good rates. I was a little nervous as this is my first time to scrap a car not knowing what to expect but he came to my workplace where the car had to be collected John was professional and very efficient! Got the job done quickly and efficiently. Was happy to pick up on a Saturday, an hour or so after I called. Sorted out payment there and then. Gave me a decent price. Chap didn't seem hugely cheerful but was polite and professional, which is what matters.

John is a great guy! super friendly, efficient and professional. I wasted the whole week waiting for the car collection from other local car garage with no luck, rang John and he collected the car next day on Saturday morning and transferred the money in 5 minutes! My car was after a little crash and couldnt open the bonnet. Tried to open it with my neighbor and wasted 4 hours yesterday, John did that in 5 minutes! By 4pm, the car had been collected by a very polite and professional chap, with the full amount initially quoted paid without any attempt to lower the figure on arrival.
