Have just spent 5 minutes on the phone being called a "c*nt" "tw*t" "pr*ck" amongst other things by the MANAGER Neil on site at March. All because one of our trucks had broken down on the weighbridge and we are having to wait for our fitter to come and repair it. Appreciate this is not ideal for both parties, but there is no need to be a vile and rude as he was. Tried explaining the situation to him, but was just sworn at some more. Avoid if you can!
