Great communication from the outset. I was a little anxious about the car being collected but nothing was too much trouble and pick up went smoothly. I was kept updated at all stages of the process and the money was in my account within the specified time.

I definitely would NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone. They do not pay you, your money ,they answer the phone, but do not speak to you. They take your car all your documents, and then say your money will be transferred to "ones own account", within 72 hours, REALLY IN THIS DAY AND AGE, when the transfer of funds, can be done in minutes , something very dodgy going on here. The other thing they do, is ask you for a £1 donation to a "CHARITY", but did not specify what "CHARITY".
All I can say is I will definitely not be using them, or recommending them AGAIN.?

By the way G.P Metals and Spares, you have been reported to the relevant departments, including the police, action fraud etc etc. I have just been reading the reviews, doesn't read good does it ?, well you are in for a big shock.

Pay me my money NOW.

Really easy transaction and gave me way more money than any other car scrapping services offered. The only reason for 4 stars is that I had arranged a contactless collection as I was at work and the driver could not find the keys despite all information being handed over to the company… if I was unable to answer the call to the driver I’m not sure if it would have been as smooth.
