Really great service, they priced me for a job and while they were here I asked how much it would be to move giant concrete table a benches, they just done it for me, they didn't ask for extra money but i gave them extra because they did above and beyond to help me. Can't thank them enough, cheery happy lovely guys, feel looked after. Thank you

Chaotic and Unorganised, From start to finish the Guy who was meant to be sorting our garden waste removal was chopping and changing times & days. Didn't arrive on quote day, then didn't turn up 2nd day. Then 3 of then turn up saying the job was booked in, it wasn't. Yes they got the work done. But with my tools they had no equipment with them, they had to use my things. And frankly is that what you pay money for? Then we found out it was cash only. So had to go get the cash, they had to come back later to collect. Upon my arrival they were already on my drive and at my car window before I even got to park up... cash exchange through car window... which I found unpleasant and bolshy. Won't be using them again. Chaos.

Great service. They turned up dead on time, 4pm on a Friday. The guys were polite and professional. All the rubbish was picked up and they left the place clean and tidy. Pricing was good - much cheaper than a skip or Hippo bag (I've used both before) and much more convenient. Highly recommended. I will definitely use them again.

Incredible customer service after contacting grab and go very last minute in an emergency they sent someone out straight away and was very efficient. I was very impressed by their quick response specially this close to Christmas! Great work guys!
