Enquired through eBay for a driveshaft. Very helpful, quick replies to my messages. Turned up in person to collect item rather than have it posted. Super helpful and friendly staff. They picked the part off the shelf within 2 minutes, I’ve never experienced such quick friendly service from a parts garage ever. Spent 15 minutes chatting to a member of staff, just general stuff about cars and parts, really enjoyed the chat, very nice man. Thank you.

I have been using Great Bridge Parts for some time and have always been satisfied with their services and speedy deliveries - this has been mainly through online channels. However, I have recently started dealing directly with them and namely their sales manager, Todd. I must say I am very impressed with the level of service provided by Todd , something that's not always easy to come by in dealing with breakers. Todd customer service skills is second to none and he has shown to go above and beyond to assist with any requirements I may have. They have a wide variety of stock and are always competitively priced.The business has sophisticated internal processes and systems in place and are well set up for a seemless customer experience. Door card arrived damaged. When it was taken off of the previous vehicle the door handle cable clip was broken but it was still sold even though its unusable. Unfortunately I didn't open it within the returns time frame so I now have a broken door card and no refund. Poor customer service. I have saved the pictures from the Ebay listing showing the door card was damaged when sold.

The best thing about this place is Todd! He is a living legend! Always polite and happy to help. Goes the extra mile. Perfect customer service whether it is in person, over text or call. He always checks the quality of the parts and provides an honest description. If ever they don’t have the required part he always points me in the right direction. Even a single star is way too much for such dreadful and deceiving seller.
I purchased an item from their eBay store, they delivered something totally different from what I ordered.
They NEVER acknowledged their mistake.
They replied aggressively when asked them why should I bear for the return expenses for an error originated by them.
They stopped replying when I attempted contacting them.

The obviously do not see their business as legitimate and try to deceive and steal from clients.

Stay away from this business please.

I have assigned my case to an independent organization.
For your own sake please avoid doing business with them.

I attach images of what I ordered and images of what I received.
They NEVER accepted the fact that they shipped the wrong item and they demand from me to bear the return costs!
