Spoke to David this morning - Poor experience from what appears to be just another broker. Sadly, David claimed Green Energy cannot provide any quotations of the rates they have, without first receiving a signed 'Letter of Authority' from us, so they could speak to our current provider first and on our behalf.. which is completely misleading, and very ill advised. Alternatively they wanted me to give them our current bills - not going to happen. But David is of course lying, we could have provided Green Energy Consulting with our genuine usage figures at all of our facilities, and they could then easily check which rates would apply to us and they could then provide accurate quotations on the rates available.

I would like to inform you that your member of staff Peter went over and beyond his role for our Charity. He came into my shop and wanted to give me his advice on Energy. I was having none of it as i had just had a terrible time with another supplier frauduently taking over us. This young man didn't know anything about us but decided to help. Within a week we have been released from them , ALL OF WHICH WAS I FEEL DOWN TO PETER AND HIS HELP. Many Thanks he is a treasure and should be recognised as so in your company.

Conor from Green energy consulting made it all very easy, I had looked at other companies to help find the cheapest energy suppliers but Conor beat all their quotes and is so easy to get along with, he doesn't hassle like other companies although if I have any queries he replies quickly.

Honestly if I could give a zero star I would, very threatening behaviour over the phone from James!! OMG i'm absolutely horrified by the scaremongering .....he phoned us, when we didn't want to go with company received nothing but abuse....disgusted

This company is the worst I have ever dealt with. They mis-sold me an energy deal which is double the cost of the average energy supplier. There were hidden fee's which I was not informed about! They are the biggest crooks I've ever came across and I have lost thousands because of them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
