I’m usually only compelled to write a review on Google when I have been really impressed or really shocked by a company. So after having two very passive aggressive responses to my review I’m going to say this.

If you wish to be ripped off, insulted and treated like you’re moaning when the item you bought from a so called reputable company failed very rapidly because either their testers did a crap job, or they outright lied on their listing, and when you ask for their help they don’t bother replying- until you leave them a 1 star review on Google, then by all means use this company.

They might say “oh we only offer a 30 day warranty so your problem is not our problem” but of course they don’t mention this in the product listings, you have to find out for yourself on their website. And they might say “batteries do wear out after time” - yeah sure, not when they’ve been tested at 60 charge cycles though eh. Some companies will be kind and courteous and offer solutions. But not them… they’ll blame you for being rude about them in public despite not doing anything whatsoever to help in private when they had the chance. So by all means write another passive aggressive reply about how unfair I’m being. At the end of the day, I only bought this laptop because it supposedly had a good battery. And it ended up costing nearly as much as the laptop to repair. So if I were you, but a refurbished laptop from a company that offers a longer warranty and, you know, actually has decent customer service.

Great Service. I was very happy with the PC I bought from Green IT, perfect for my needs and a good price. It did have a problem - but they fixed it for me, all at their cost, even though it was a little over my warrantee period. A very good reliable company.

Really great service and fast turn-around and free!

We had a whole room of IT equipment that needed clearing and we managed to book a pick-up a week beforehand.

Service was really great and friendly from Julie who we booked the appointment for us. The courier who collected our equipment was really efficient and even went downstairs to our basement and carried everything up.

We are very happy with our new cleared out and clean storage room.
