Ordered a driver's side window via eBay. Called the customer service line to clarify a slight discrepancy in the listing and was assured that it was the correct part, so went ahead with the purchase. As the part was stored off-site, it was made available for collection by the following afternoon.

Very reasonably priced and helpful staff. Saved me a lot of money when compared with a fitting service.

Below picture what we paid for vs what we have received from Hill Salvage. Not sure how you store the car that they arrive in stage that is dangerous for our health!!! Completely unacceptable!!!

I've just received the contents of my vehicle which was involved in an hit and run a few weeks ago. I'll be honest with you, I didn't expect everything to be returned but it was. The receptionist I spoke to initially regarding the return of my belongings was extremely polite and courteous. An excellent service and thank you to all concerned.

when damaged vehicles are up for auction yo are supposed to disclose the damage. I have paid very high price on a car damaged on the roof badly that requires new roof panel and there was no mention in the add about the roof damage, or any pictures that showed the damage. Even after i received the car i started to recheck all photographs and i couldn't see any pictures with the damage. All the pictures were made in such a way to conceal the roof damage. Here i thought i am able to repair the door panels, change the headlight and will have a good car, but the metal on the roof is ripped over the passenger door and massive damage. I end up paying almost 8000 for a car that is not worth half that value because of the heavy damage. I am disgusted you are doing this to increase the bidding value of your cars. Aport from giving you this bad review and warning other people is nothing much I can do but deal with my loss, however you should be ashamed of yourselves. I have uploaded the pictures you presented the car, i will upload the actual roof damage when i get to the bodyshop.

Some reviews of Hills on here are pretty bad but remember these guys must sell thousands of parts a week and happy people don't often leave feedback, i was after an Audi tailgate in the right paint code, rang and spoke to Scottish Susan who was lovely within an hour or so had texted to say they have one in correct colour code, Pauline also very lovely and helpful brought foward my collection time as was able to pick up earlier than stated, guys on front desk excellent, just great friendly service and cheaper than the ebay sellers who all wanted about £50 more.....all in all reading some previous reviews i didn't expect much to be honest but don't be put off they were brilliant to deal with and would highly recommend, and would 100% use again 5 thanks....Ian.

Needed replacement drivers side window after being broken into. They checked stock, text me, I paid and collected by 2pm the same day. Very good service, would definitely recommend and use them again.

Got to disagree with the comment on trustpilot from lou re Sue. She answered my call very polite and professional. The scottish accent is different to hear than our usual lads from the pool. I did ask if she could check stock availability straight away for me but she explained politely that she was only a call handler and took details for the professional sales team to assess and get back to me. She did say it would be easier for an email address or text to get back to me. I was well impressed as I got a text arrive through under the hour and proceeded to purchase my headlight with ease. When I called back to arrange, it was Sue I got again who was extremely helpful once more. The part has arrived and i cannot fault Hills on their service. Definitely would use again, even just to hear Sue and her cheery manor.

How weird is it that you have to give a reg number when what you want is a spare wheel, which is interchangeable with about 15 other cars.
