Update
I sent several emails and phoned them…only when I sent formal complaint to Biffa and council that I had finally got the sacks at. 7:10am this morning there was very loud nock on my door that disturbed the neighbourhood ! Not sure why they didn’t choose to ring the bell !

Very bad service, every year I have to call for the garden sacks to be delivered.
I ordered the garden sacks over a month ago still haven’t received them while garden waste is accumulating and I am running out of sunny days.

They don’t seem to monitor their email system on daily bases and some emails goes without confirmation.

Useless customer service. Charged me £12 to collect my brown bin after I cancelled my subscription, never came to collect the bin, despite me calling and e-mailing numerous times to chase then up.

Absolutely shambolic, nobody responds to emails, i have called 14 times and as soon as you get to 30 mins, phone line goes blank. Impossible to contact and no customer complaint number/email, never dealt with such a shambolic company. Avoid using at all costs .
