Rang all around Grimsby for a back wiper arm for my car not one had one or they were well over priced. Called Rimars and they helped me out straight away at a reasonable price too (BONUS). I have not yet picked it up but staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely use again in the future.

1 star? If I could give less stars I would. I read great reviews of this scrapyard, but when it came to me going for 4 new tyres for a set of alloys, the staff were unhelpful, and very very rude. Not sure what I did wrong, I was unsure of exact tyre size; however I had all the information needed just wished to be advised on what was the best size to buy for my car. Any response I gave or question I asked was answered with a huff and then an answer; maybe i caught staff on a bad day but no need to be this rude to customers.

Very, very unhappy with the service here. Safe to say I was unpleasantly surprised and I am happy to say I didn't spend a penny for rude staff.

As I say, it comes as a shock as many of the reviews were so good, wondering what justified the rude treatment of a young girl wanting advice and 4 tyres (and no, I wasn't rude back, I just kept calm and said goodbye!)
