recently moved to town, it is honestly one of the best things here. Sounds like dig at the town but it's not. The staff are amazing, recently went here for halloween and everyone is in full fancy dress. They decorate the place dependant on the season and they are always very helpful. Also raise money for charity, what's not to like, feels like a pillar of the community. Amazing work.

This will sound weird but I genuinely like coming here to - Minion Land :0) All the staff I have spoken to have been helpful. The decoration they do to reflect the season, events or just for fun are great. They deserve the awards they get for providing an outstanding service. Some reclaimed items are on sale with proceeds going to charity. It's open every day except Christmas, including bank holidays so if you have stuff to clear out bring it here and put a smile on your face while doing it!

Nice they have a recycling bit where you can buy things, but you expect when they say they're going to put things to one side for you for an hour while you go get some money, for it to be there when you go back. I asked them to put a pouffe to one side for me until i come back with the money they asked for, said it wouldn't be a problem. Come back and they had sold it someone else double the price. Absolutely disgusting, all for the money. Complete shambles. Definitely wouldn't recommend. Only sold it because they offered more money, I wouldn't mind your worker quoted me that price and offered to store it for me while I went to the ATM machine!! I was only 10 minutes!!! Ridiculous place, all about money money money. Don't do something you can't follow up with. Horrible tip, with horrible workers that can't follow up with what they're saying.

Ive got a large size car. Ive registered with the council. Can use the tip twice per day.
Never any problems. Follow the rule, its that easy.
Staff always pleasant and pay full attention to their jobs.

We are regular visitors as we are doing a complete house renovation and also downsizing property now we are retired. Every visit is a pleasure however long we have to wait as the staff are always friendly, helpful and efficient. Not once have I had been treated any different and maybe the reviews mentioning poor staff behaviour are reflective of the customers rather than staff. Always treat people how you wish to be treated yourself and you won't get poor service very often 😀

I never get bored waiting to get through there's so much to look at and each time I visit I see something else that's been created that I'd not seen the previous time always puts a smile on my face.
The guys are great & should be appreciated for what there doing day in day out to keep it running and moving as swiftly as they do 💯⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
