Trying to get help with a medication issue that isn't an emergency is , I imagine, harder than trying to enter North Korea for a wander round. I would probably get a call back quicker from Kim Jong Un himself than I would from a doctor too. Different info from each "Care Navigator" and then a TEXT from a doctor which left me unable to articulate properly what the problem was. I'm slowly losing the will to live with Grove House.

I never thought I would putting a bad reviews to this surgery after I have had some good support from them .
Sadly today’s situation left me with a very bitter taste to the mouth . Me and my whole family have been with this surgery for over 5 years .
I don’t even have the energy to start writing about how many staff are rude and not properly trained , either give wrong information or don’t know anything , choose not to help you because of your skin colours, yet have different attitudes with other .

Anyway , starting to type will be a waste of my time and energy .

If you can choose another Surgery I will highly recommend it .

Visited recently to get my covid and Flu immunisation. The Nurse Gemma and her trainee that I saw put me at ease with their amusing banter whilst remaining very professional. Whilst having injections is never pleasant these lovely ladies made it a lot better. Thanks. .

I am a carer for an alziehmers sufferer. After receiving a text offering flu and covid jabs, I have tried to make an appointment for us both (03/10/2024) ........ Next available appointment 29/11/2024) !!!!
