My advice would be to avoid this company if you would like your business waste collected. They are incredibly unreliable and even make claims to have picked up the waste when they haven't. Over a year long period they have failed to collect my weekly waste a total of 11 times (more than a fifth of all collections). Once, when I called to mention that my waste had not been collected the operator informed me that access to the waste was blocked which is why it wasn't collected. When I disputed this, she asked my to email her a photo to prove it wasn't. Needless to say I do not use this unreliable company for waste collection anymore.

Particular credit to the driver who covers Postcombe and who arrived for the first collection - friendly and courteous.
