I have been struggling with this company for months now and enough is enough ! We are a small independent school in NW London and they have not collected our rubbish for 2 weeks ! I have been phoning them daily since Monday and despite promises they will be collecting have still not managed to collect the rubbish. Their account management is never available and seems to be on holiday all of the time and their transport department have not replied to my daily emails.

This is one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with and I will be looking to move our account away to an alternative provider asap !

Contracted to collect waste once a week, They constantly don't turn up and i have to chase, 5 times in 5 months! always the same response (sorry new driver couldn't find you) Postcode brings you here mate!

Have to chase up to get the premises bin collected. Each time promise it will be done but no one attends and get given lame excuses (last one was the driver could not find the bin which is in the same place every week). This month they only managed two collections after countless phone calls and complaints

Only been with Grundon as a customer for a couple of months and they have let us down badly with our collection, they also talk a load of rubbish just like their business when giving reasons for non collection. We have been left in a position where over a Bank Holiday weekend our customers have had to endure an overload of rubbish. We will be cancelling our contract and advise others to steer clear .

Absolutely terrible company. Avoid at all costs. the drivers are liars, saying that the bin isn't on the street when it is, the depot uses pathetic excuses such as "there was a car double parked", or "the driver ran out of time". they need to be reported to trading standards for the shocking service they provide
