Would give zero if possible as below ordered part, inexpensive item luckily as it has not arrived 3 weeks later made two attemps to contact them and been told to expect a callback. Still nothing and doubt i will get a refund or apology.

Absolutely shocking!!!! I ordered a car battery paid£5.99 next day delivery and it hasn’t arrived 1 week later !! I called the company the day after delivery was supposed to of been to get an apology and was told ot would be delivered next day. That never happened!! And I’ve still NOT been refunded. The company is a scam!!!!! Online anyway I can’t comment about the actual counter experience as I ordered the product online

Very convenient for finding quality parts.
But Customer service isn't the best. Three male staff members busy entertaining one female Customer. And rest of the Customer are stood waiting for 15 mins.

They could do with improving on their customer services/care. I went in as an off the street customer to be treated with comments like 'no we don't do that, somewhere else might' in a dulcet manner. However a mechanic came in after me and the sales assistant was full of beans for him.
