Apologies for only one person serving at the counter but it was holiday season (August). Mann filters in stock can get Mahle filters, NGK or Bosch spark plugs in stock. I asked for NGK, I was told the price of the spark plugs and asked if I was ok with the cost which I was, although I already knew it was explained the spark plugs wouldn't need changing for 3 years or 36000 miles hence the cost.

Not helpful staff they don't talk to you standing in the shop without telling to the costumer to wait they just look at you without saying anything they need to practice to have a good approach to their customers
