Absolutely terrible service from Gloucester branch. Ordered a part online and the wrong one was sent, was advised to return it to store, which was no easy task when the car was out of action (hence ordering the part in the first place), but got it back to the store and was told they’d have to refund it as they didn’t have another one on the shelf. Almost a month later and we’re still chasing a refund. Every time we call the store we get fobbed off, told we need to speak to a manager and that they’d get one to call us back when available. Finally got a call back today, to be told we need to speak to someone else and were given a number to call…called the number, then got told that the store hasn’t even processed the return. With all due respect, it’s not a difficult job is it….send the part that’s been ordered….but if you get it wrong just refund the money. Will never use this company again.

Took my order and told me it would be in by the morning. When I went to collect i got told if I wanted the parts I should have ordered them. About as much use as a chocolate tea pot

Terrible service... Receptionist using foul language, noticed I was there and yet no one came to ask if I needed help even though she was assisting another customer ran off to look at a video on someone elses phone. Very unprofessional behaviour.
