This is the message I received at 4:45 on the day I should be receiving parts after paying in full and waiting several days. I'd got my car booked in with machnic tomorrow.
Unfortunately, we are experiencing unforeseen issues with the supply of the item(s) you have ordered. We have spoken to our suppliers and they are unable to tell us when the item(s) will be available.

The item you have purchased should have been updated to indicate it was out of stock, however our automated systems failed to do this. My greatest apologies it has been at your inconvenience. This item will now be manually updated.

went to eurocarparts and was supplied with an air filter, which was the wrong one attempted to exchange it only to be told by the Asian fella it was 'a dealer part only', so I settled for a refund, while I was waiting to be served I overheard the person over the counter say that to other customers, at this point I became dubious to whether it was true or not because they seemed busy. a quick search on G.S.F.'s website stated they had the part I was after in stock, went straight there, waited in line, and was served with no fuss and the part fitted as expected

Bad service and extremely slow in store. Ordered for collection and went to pick up after I received the email saying my parts were ready. They told me they made a mistake and didn’t have the stock and I would have to come back next week. I asked if they could deliver and they said no. I sent an email of complaint as I had to drive 25 minute to get there, but received no reply. The staff are rude. I’d recommend going elsewhere like Eurocarparts. It’s worth the extra cost.
