GSF were the cheapest locally for a car battery to fit my car. Click and collect service ready in half an hour.
Web site was easy to use and order, with a lot of choice.
Communication regarding my order was good.
On pick up, the staff were friendly and helpful and offered to carry the battery out to the car.
I will definately use GSF for any spare car parts I may require.

Terrible experience at Maidstone GFS. while paying, one cashier shouted several times no money instead of handling the issue politely and ( its says on my screen insert the card).plus there were three staff together, acting like they were ganging up on me rather than helping a customer. Very rude and unprofessional.
up there be prepared for an argument the three cashiers act together, being disrespectful and saying things like if you want the item, take it, if not, just leave its absolutely unacceptable behaviour,I will not be returning definitely!!!!

Very poor customer service at this branch.. walked in for a click and collect, said hello but got no response from anyone, just weird looks. Waited patiently for between 5 and 10 minutes in front of the two desks with staff present on them (one having a casual talk about her weekend with a member of staff behind and the other fiddling with his computer). All while other staff behind were just looking at each other wondering if someone will actually react and provide some customer service. 5 staff members in one small room can’t assist/great a single customer. Can’t recommend this branch

Found staff discourteous, and very dismissive.
Can not understand why they charge an extra 20% on items purchased in store as opposed to picking up in store online . Store very dirty

Excellent customer service Dan was very helpful and aproachable on the phone in selecting the correct upgraded brembo brakes for my car. In store with click and collect Dan carried through with the excellent speedy and informative service .. from first call to walking out GSF was 1 hour with the parts i needed at a great price. I will be returning again for all my parts. Thank you Dan and GSF

My absolute go to place for parts. Have never let me down, prices very reasonable, very fast service, able to have a laugh and a joke. Really like going here when I need something. Cannot praise high enough and always recommend people to at least try this place before shipping out to any one of the other motor factor places dotted around. Long may this place continue!
