Boys were really helpful with what I needed sometimes your down when you enter places like this as your vehicle is in trouble and your uneducated as to diagnose the problem then guys like these understand and help you with your problem. You walk out with a sense of relief head held high, almost feel swole like you've done a session in the gym. You're full of confidence once you walk back out. Great help highly recommend.

My first visit to this establishment, but not my last!
The unit appeared very well stocked. I was asked what I was looking for, asked for car details, the parts produced with two minutes or so, paid for by card, that easy! The gentleman then asked if I needed help fitting the parts. I said yes, so he called for someone to cover the counter, came out and fitted the parts immediately. No charge! He just wished me 'all the best' as we shook hands, then parted company.
It was a real pleasure to have such easy, no fuss, helpful service! They have my full recommendation!

Really fast, helpful staff, needed a battery in a hurry and they sorted it. Perfect. Total contrast to Europarts down the road where I walked out after 10 minutes standing in a non moving queue after the one member of staff serving disappeared while ten could be heard having a good laugh in the warehouse...

Fantastic quick service, used euro carpark before , but will always use gmf from now on , cheaper , friendlier and more helpful staff. No massive que that takes half a hour. Big shout out to the helpful guys at the Newport branch

Came in looking for ratchet straps, the guys didn’t have any but lent us theirs free of charge. Helpful and genuine guys. Would recommend.
