Ordered a part on line which said ready in 30 minutes. Traveled for 45 minutes to collect it as needed urgently. Waited in que for 15min then was told the manager had done a shit job and bookedninnparts that werntnthere. Thanks another suggest you call to make sure as online obviously a stock fiddle.

A very disappointing experience. I ordered a car battery online to be delivered on Tuesday. I really needed that battery Tuesday at the latest. However after speaking to customer services it's now being delivered on Thursday. Basically I can't get to work for two days. First and last time customer.

Did click and collect to make it a quick easy purchase…..drove to the store where there is ZERO parking! Whe. You finally park and go in there’s no express collection and the staff there are super slow and don’t actually have your order ready (they go off to pick it)

I also found the guy serving me eating his cheese sandwich followed by licking his fingers then giving me my receipt pretty poor to say we’ve just came out of a pandemic.

Wouldn’t come back now.

Went in to get an air filter. I’d looked on the website prior to arriving, so asked for a specific one as there were about 4 types and loads of brands to choose from. The guy quite bluntly said there’s only one, (not the one I’d seen) which stumped me. I said I’d been on the website and put my reg in and was he sure? He said ‘I’m not lying to you’ in a passive aggressive way. I said that’s strange, as it’s on your website He said it’s probably an IT issue after barely glancing at my phone- which had the part and part number etc on. I’m pretty family with GSF, ECP and cars in general, but this guy made me both small and stupid. I later checked the website and it was not in stock but could have been ordered for next day in store. I’m sure he could have easily checked that and told me that was the case, which would have saved me the confusion and humiliation. Operator JR5517. Guess I’ll go to euro car parts next time.

Paid for next day delivery didn’t arrive so I phone them and they wanted me to pay again and then collect it from another store and then wait 4-5 days for my money. Absolutely disgusting never again.

Click and collect service is painfully slow. Only 1 person on the till. So if you have a picky in no rush customer in front of you. Be prepared to stand for a while…

Decent place to purchase parts for your vehicle at a decent price (especially with the applied discounts). Store is clean but very awkwardly placed so parking is a massive issue, staff seem friendly and quick.

Edit: unfortunately having to drop to 2 stars..
Since their refurbishment, their deals aren't so frequent and they are extremely slow in taking orders because only one member of staff is usually on the front desk with a single computer (before there were about three); I understand other members of staff also have work to carry out but alot of the time it really seems like they're just chatting away even though they watch the queue reach to the entrance. The environment just doesn't feel the same as it was before; just seems sloppy now 😕
