G S F Openshaw are the best parts suppliers as far as I am concerned. They have a vast range of parts available in store, if they don’t have the parts you need over the counter, they order from the main store and it is ready to be collected same day. The counter staff also are so very helpful and make sure you have quality parts supplied correctly. In particular Luke who is one of the staff will always make sure your visit there is a very pleasant experience, making absolutely sure you are happy with your purchase. Absolutely great teamwork 👍

I went there to enquire about my toyota chr hybrid car brake Discs and pads. There was this employee called Luke he was super friendly and have a lot of knowledge about the car parts. He helped me finding the right parts. Bless him he was smiling and you can tell the way he is working he loves his Job. I ended up buying front and rear Brake discs and pads. Thank you Luke. You got such an amazing customer service. This world would be much better place if everyone treats each other nicely. Thank you Gsf and speical thanks to Luke. God bless you.

Ok but the wait for parts is longer than it needs to be. Around 7 customers came in, all to pick up parts. All 7 stood there waiting but nothing arrived for a long time, I was the first customer and I observed 22 mins pass as each customers order was taken, then all of a sudden every part for every customer arrived at the desk at the same time. I suggest that GSF learn from Argos on how to process customer orders.

Order parts for service i was waiting for email to collect Order never received after 2 days I was called and asked if my order it is ready to collect and it was and had just few hours to collect till my order will be cancelled. when I got there one item from my order was not what I ordered and I had to wait another 5 days to pick it up because it was out of stock. Never again maybe euro car parts it us more expensive but something like this never happened.

Very slow service - many staff but all on one computer - even if you order click and collect you still need to wait twice, once for them to take the order number and then again for someone to bring the parts out one by one. Euro parts are a lot quicker!
