I placed an order for contact cleaner spray on your website in the evening and received an email stating that my order would be ready for pickup in 30 minutes. However, when I visited the store the next evening, I had to wait in line for half an hour, only to be informed that the product was out of stock and that you were awaiting a delivery from the warehouse.

This is extremely disappointing and reflects a poor attitude toward customers. As a business, you should not be surprised by the growing preference for platforms like Amazon. Sometimes, it’s simply worth paying a bit more to avoid wasting time standing in line at your store.😡😡😡

I have used GSF a few times for parts and have always been happy with the items and service i receive and today was a little different. i ordered a new clutch kit for my car through Click & Collect, when i arrived at the peterborough store the man at the service desk went out of his way to make sure that the parts were correct to my car and even checked everything was in the box. He was extremely pleasant and helpful throughout and i feel service like that should always be recognised and commended!
