Seemed perfectly friendly,disposed if my old car battery for me..presumably the correct environmentally friendly way. Beware however should you drive a customised lowered vehicle or have a front lip as even though I was fully aware of the ramp as I saw it on arrival..I went snails pace but still scraped the front.

The manager was more than helpful. I exchanged my battery and upgraded it to the proper one for the online price. Will be going there again. Great service.

If you are in a hurry don't bother going here! We waited 10 minutes then a girl came and asked what we wanted. She wrote details down and said the guy would be out as soon as he'd finished his phone call. Well after another 10 mins we left. I could hear laughter so he could have cut the call short. Very rude and poor service. I work in customer services and wouldn't dream of behaving like this

Clean and tidy establishment. Don't know what the staff are like, didn't meet them but they were stood around having a good laugh in the office. Waited at the counter for a while but nobody came figured it would be quicker to drive to Euros at valley road.
