Poor customer service. Order parts for my car and because they have not been in stock they suppose to have my order on Tuesday. I spoke with them on the phone and make them aware that I might be there to collect it on Thursday and the bloke on the phone said that this is fine.
They should keep my order for 3 days as I am aware. Anyway due to work commitments I managed to go for collection on Thursday which is 2 days after they have my parts in the shop. When I get there I was informed that my order has been cancelled and if I want I can order it In the shop. It was 2 brake disc, brake pads and wear sensor for £115. When I said OK they give me price in store £260 only for the brake discs , which was ordered for me originally. Of course I avoid paying this and go out of there. I get my parts from somewhere else and definitely never will use them again, especially Reading branch( I love it when someone start callingme"mate" disgusting customer service)!!!

Brought a starter motor jan 2024.. failed march.. rang them to ask for a new warranty unit and aparantly no invoice found on the system? No starter ever sold on the reg? Something dodgey going on here people.. staff maybe scamming the company? Or? Shows on my bank the fee they charged for the starter ... poor customer service do not want to help at all ... 0 stars if i could

Having driven to the shop with part numbers obtained online, my son was duly charged £35 for items valued at £24 incl vat, when question was told it's cheaper to order online, to do that in the shop required 30 to 45 mins processing time, my son was late for work and ended up paying this higher cost just to get out and home,. His experience was poor customer service feeling a little ripped off and needles to say none of the 4 car drivers in our family will use GSF again, ridiculous policy.

The staff couldn’t find my order number. After I tried to help find the order number they were unable to locate it. The response from the staff member behind the desk was order it again and said “all right mate”. No one got up from the desk to greet me or any-other customer coming through the door and were busy chatting among themselves. It left me feeling I was a problem for them and they did not want my custom. Not coming back.
