Bad service, Customer service is a night mare. they don't have telephone - Their online support system is disfunctional. They caim to have live chat support team - It is absolutly useless. Don't buy anything from here, unless you have plenty of time to waste, and have enough panadol for your headache.

Very poor customer service & very rude staff. I've been waiting for a member of staff to serve me for 15mins. I could hear them talking about what they did on the weekend at the back & when I asked if anyone can serve me pls because am in a rush, one of them said we're all on the phone while the others we're laughing. I've travelled from far & that's the customer service I had received when I got to the oxagte lane neasden branch.
