I had a fantastic experience at GSF Car Parts, thanks to Cole! He was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I got the right parts for my car. His customer service was outstanding—friendly, professional, and patient in answering all my questions. It's rare to find such genuine and dedicated service these days. I'll definitely be returning and highly recommend asking for Cole if you need expert advice and top-notch service. Thanks again!

Absolutely disgusting, I came to this branch from Rochdale, the clerk was absolutely unhelpful, pretended to help me when he really didn’t, and that was due to it being nearly closing time. Then lied to me that they didn’t have a wing mirror and how when he checked the system it was a “white polo” and not black like the colour of my car has anything to do with a wing mirror.

Told me they didn’t have it in stock when Rochdale branch told me they did checked and confirmed this twice. He thought it was funny that I had come up all the way and they didn’t have it in stock when really they was very close to closing time and appose to getting my part they decided to lie instead.

Same clerk then decided to continuously apologise to me near my car claiming he tried to help me when he didn’t; then decided to park near my car and again tell me how he tried to help (which he didn’t) maybe if he put the same thing effort in just getting the part as he did trying to talk to me once he had finished I wouldn’t need to resort to this.

And he only did so because I told him I would come here and put a review up on how they lied and the customer service was absolutely disgusting.

I would never enter this GSF branch again and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone either!!!

Outstanding customer service from Cole. I needed a replacement heated car mirror and Cole was so friendly and helpful in showing me how to fit; thank you. It's very rare to find such good customer service these days and I'll definitely return for any other parts I need in future.

I went to collect it and the same young man served me

Tried so many places for parts for a Jimny, called their Dukinfield branch the gent kindly checked on
stock from their branch and also surrounding branches for my illusive part. Their stockport branch had one in, at a fantastic price, friendly and helpful staff.

Update - next day after purchase and another visit in store we get refund for parts. We lost 2 days of labour to dealing with GSF. End of the day we been apologise for problems.

Completely waste of time and money to dealing with them. Very rude customer service. Bought radiator, outlet diameter is 1.5mm smaller then OE and leaking. Spend hours in shop, come back with old part to show them different but still treat me like rubbish. REFUSED REFUND because part has been fitted. When I ask him to tell me if another one leaking or not without fitting , just make stupid funny face and say I can't do it... He bring me new radiator and pipe and I ask him if gonna leaking he give me refund and cover my looses as trade customer he start laughing and said NO 🤬🤬🤬 I lost over £100, don't have parts and money and can't fix customer car. NEVER AGAIN USE THIS POOR COMPANY.
