GWR Waste Management

Great experience. The sales team were excellent in helping me arrange for a large pallet of oils, paint and other chemicals to be disposed of. I made one phone call and a collection was made within 48 hours. I was a new customer and I had no difficulties.

I don't use the business myself for Waste and Recycling but I have to say this is a great company, I do love the name Great Western Recycling it's almost similar to Great Western Railway but of course this company is ran by an enthusiast. I am really pleased for my friend who started the business from scratch a few years ago so young he's an amazing guy. As I said I don't use GWR for Waste and Recycling but I do give my support to them for running the business. Keep up the good work GWR

Great company! We have used them for about 7 years and they have always been reliable. They look after lots of different buts for us and the prices are still good. Zero to landfill is impressive too! thanks guys.

Our business recently signed up to GWR's cardboard service. They have been really helpful with an initial site visit and Matt was really helpful with information. The bins have arrived (even with limited access to our site) and collected promptly. I Would recommend them highly, and although it is not our first concern they are the best value service we could find - what's not to like!

Would not recommend, poor customer service, and they charge for collections that didn't happen. As echoed in another review, GWR will tie you into a contract that you are unable to get out of, even if they don't collect the bins! We had to pay to get out of a contract that wasn't fulfilled, unless of course we had bins out over a 4 day weekend so they could be collected at 4am......

Just awful - stay well clear. After invoicing us for weekly collections that clearly didn't occur during the whole lockdown period as we were closed along with the majority of the UK, they will not credit the account accordingly. They have subsequently cancelled our contract, and invoiced us until April 2021!

Fantastic company. Always react quickly to our ever changing needs with a responsive sales team and deliver on what they say. Highly recommended!

very poor service I have had bin was delivered to another place and then charged me £78 when I have not had a collection yet. Please do not use them
