Closed gate at 7.22pm when time shows 8pm. Came all the way and told me sorry we closed. I offered him £10 and was happy to open gate. I told him do 1 and took picture and will report him. Council need to sort this out. You need to change the time you close or put on website last entry time why show 8 pm if you are going to close early?

They close the gate before 30 min of closing time and they making excused that they are busy. They need to put right closing Time. Seven cars come and go back from front gate because they say we’re close. Just one car comes out from there and they are waiting on gate for 8’clock with their bags to go home. Some people come to throw their stuff with rented cars. I think 5-10 min is ok for living site and closing gates.

One of the best Palace to drop off your unwanted household! I DO TO SAY THE STAFF MEMBERS ARE BRILLIANT ,specially the long bear guy! All staff members are so welcome and supportive! I took two trips to Gypsum Close on a Monday, respectively at 8AM and 9:20AM. Both times, I drove straight in with no other vehicles around and there’s no requirement to book. I encountered a few different members of staff and they were all absolutely lovely. I didn’t think going to the tip could be so fun and wholesome!

Went with 3 cars mine my Auntie and her hubbies on Wednesday, please note they are 80 plus years young, Dreading the unloading!!
Wow all the refuge angles work here !!! Nothing was too much trouble for them and they made us laugh. Thank you fellas you’re amazing.

My dad and I had been running around all trying to find somewhere to help get rid of some large old beds. The manager that was on charge tonight here helped us out given the pinch we were in. Really friendly and gave us some advice on what to do in the future. Happy days.

I have gone today to get rid of the household waste . It was quite when i went early around 9am in morning, it was quite and just took few minutes and I was ready to get out . This place has very nice laid out structure with clear or number in one single row . If you want to donate anything then you have Loros charity and they have their own dedicated parking space however limited. The staff is really helpful in terms of which type of waste goes to where. Please bear in mind that if you go after 10am then you might have to wait in the queue and more importantly due to Covid 19 they close early in evening around 6:30-7:00 pm as opposed to usual timing ( 8:00 pm) . Overall I have good experience going there and can't fault anything regarding service they provide.

Out of the 4 times I’ve been recently for trade waste been rejected twice because they’re not accepting General waste with no solid answer on when they can. Lots of wasted time and fuel
