The reception staff were very rude she was more worried about eating her crumpets than helping out customers. She ignored me whilst I stood there maybe Because I was Eastern European no manners what so ever, never been there before asked where do I bring the car she replied very blunt. Called back to ask when payment would come into my account and said there was a sign did you not read it and I said sorry I didn’t read the signs so then decided to hang up. The lads in there were sound and helpful.

I would not trust them as far as I could throw them I took my scrap metal into them at Christmas time they gave me what price they wanted to give me not what the actual market said and Jamie also gave me a self bill in other words he took my scrap metal and just paid me what Amount in weight he wanted to pay me I had at least six ton he paid me 3 1/2 I am going to put The proof on Facebook tonight
