5 days gone,they still did not collected my Alfa Romeo Gulietta car.I delivered my keys V5 log,all documents to them so they can be quicker.They dont care.I sold to them through removemycar website.If i would know that they are so slow,i would not sell my car to them.

I don't normally leave reviews, but I had a recovery done by Mark today, he deserves a review at the very least, I like dealing with genuine people and that is what he is. In the future if I need this service I will be calling him. I will also be highly recommending him to all the people I know.

It was an awkward recovery job and he put time and effort in to make sure the task was completed.

Money transferred immediately and paperwork done.

I wish him and all his family all the best for the future.

Great service quick and easy from start to finish. Mark picked up my car and informed me of where she was going and what was gonna happen also let me know what to do with logbook. No issue with payment and all round amazing service. Highly recommended.

Brilliant experience, had car sold and paid within 24 hours of initial call. Mark was amazing, came on time and gave a courtesy call beforehand of arrival. Everything was done within a minute was so straightforward. Cannot recommend this company any more it was a very good experience, I would have thought I needed to help Mark put the car on the truck but he dealt with it all himself and gave me no hassle at all. Would use again.

Fantastic service. My old Renault scenic finally became too unreliable and wasn't worth fixing anymore. Arranged everything really easily online and it was collected a few days later and money in my account as soon as the car was collected.
