Used HardingsValleySkips for the first time today, tipped mixed waste using the weighbridge. I was in and out fast, lads on the yard are very helpful and friendly, will be using them regularly!

Hired a skip to be delivered , received a call early morning to say due to weather conditions they would struggle to get out. By lunchtime the weather improved and skip was delivered . Thank you for the great service.

I've spent quite a bit of money over the recent years with Harding's and my latest skip hire booking wasnt quite straight forward. Unfortunately the lady answering the phone was very rude and not at all willing to help resolve some of the complications, she massively failed to listen. She interrupted and cut me off half way through my call of which I was trying to help resolve some of the complications. it became very apparent that they didn't want the job but they'd been very quick on the initial call to take my card number and charge it. Had they just told me no on the first call I would have gone elsewhere. I was fully refunded. I called M60 skips instead and had all the complication issues resolved within 30mins, they were brilliant. I won't ever use Harding's again which is a shame as I have still a number of skips to book this year and the drivers have always been helpful and willing. Harding's, you've lost yourselves another customer, but I doubt you'll be bothered.

I feel like I need to leave feedback as the feedback here doesn’t reflect my experience. I called very late the day before bank holiday weekend and they were swamped. They still managed to deliver a skip to me and collected promptly and without any problems. Customer service was good and the skip van driver was friendly. Overall a 5* service. I would recommend to anybody.

Quick to deliver and slow to collect even though when booking I was assured skips would be collected promptly. As soon as the skip arrived I rang and asked for it to be collected in the next two days. Didn't happen and as a result I had to leave one car elsewhere for a week whilst on holiday as couldn't get car back on the drive!

Told they could deliver the following morning but before booking it I was awaiting a return phone call to confirm if the mini skip would be big enough for my needs. They never rang. I rang them back 4hrs later to be told fully booked now....She was SO rude. Please....pay another £10 and go somewhere else for better service and manners.
