Used Harrods to buy a new battery, which should have been a simple job to fit. The chap ( sorry didn't get his name )on the counter couldn't have been more helpful, was fantastically knowledgeable which resulted in me avoiding what could have been a very expensive mistake. Called in today shop was empty I could here staff in the warehouse was after waiting a couple of minutes I decided to shout shop only to hear a guy in the warehouse till a other guy to tell him to wait, so one of the quys poked his head around the counter and said ' one minute' with a tone as if I was a inconveniences to them, so I said don't worry I'll take my business elsewhere and walk out as I got to the car park one member of start had the audacity to say ' what's you problem if you come back in the shop we will be happy to serve you'
A bit late for that, plenty of car spares shop around. This place seems to be more geared up to delivery parts to the trade hope it stays like that. Goodbye.
