Just bought a BMW from Dan and Mike.
I was in contact with Dan prior to view the car in which he was very quick in responding, not demanding and very helpful.
I arrived to view the car and met Mike who let me look over the car in peace, test drive when I was ready and answer any questions I had.
Also explained the warranty package to which I took out and offered aftermarket support if needed.
Best car dealership experience I've had, car very well maintained and honest ownership. Don't hesitate to get yourself a lovely car from these guys.

We bought a car from Dan and the team in July. We ended up having a few issues with the car which I won’t go into but Hartlebury cars went above and beyond to make sure that we were looked after. There is always a risk with buying second hand cars, of course you want to drive it away and have no problems and we were unlucky in our circumstances (which was no fault of the garage) but we are very grateful that we bought the car from genuine and down to earth people that made sure that we and our family were looked after. It’s one thing to receive good service when you are making a big purchase, but another to receive great service when it ends up costing the supplier time and money. The service we received was the type that you only get from a personal, family run business which was better than most chain organisations would have provided. We would 100% buy a car from them again. We wish them all the best for the future ?

I waited for about 6 months before writing this review.

It was my first car purchase in the UK and I desperately needed a car. I was not so sure until about a couple of months ago when I realized that I was loving this car.

Mike and team are honest, supportive, were not pushy and answered all my questions patiently. There were some minor glitches and they got it fixed in a prompt & smooth fashion.

Till date I had little to no problems with the car. It runs well, feels well.

So, thank you Hartlebury Cars for making my first car experience in the UK a great one.

Just bought a range rover evougue from Dan at hartlebury cars. What an amazing experience buying a car here. No pushy sales, good communication from start to finish. The car was exactly as described, and at a great price. Even got a good price on my Ford kuga as px. I would definitely recommend these guys to purchase a car, no hassle and honest business. Bought a car from Dan at Hartlebury Cars and am absolutely amazed at the service he’s been fantastic! Any questions or problems he’s answered and sorted no fuss at all. The car is in amazing condition/clean and well looked after! He’s really gone above and beyond! Prices are great and mine was delivered at what is the best delivery cost I’ve ever had! It’s my second car this year due to another dealership seeing me coming and selling me a car with ££££s of repairs needed. Dan has been the most straight and honest dealer I have ever come across and will definitely use again! Well impressed with this dealer. They clearly only sell decent cars. Bought an Audi A3 from them. No pressure sales and when I got home and realised the air con wasn’t working. They replied straight away and covered the cost of the repair by a local garage without question.
