My experience was not great as I made several telephone attempts to enquire about the possibility of the agency managing one of my properties . Only to pass me on to several different people. One of the agents said that she would try to help me get my property rented. As they had dealt with the previous owner, prior to my buying the house.
I felt deflated after making several calls to be fobbed off by staff.
Finally, I realised they had no intention of signing me up to their management service.
I have now gone somewhere else.
It would have been better to have been told that they were just not interested.

Have been renting a property for over a year now, staff are always friendly and very helpful. Property is fantastic asked for extra electrical sockets in kitchen with in a week was all sorted. Big thumbs up would highly recommend,

Enquired about a property and was ready to rent had they got back to me for a viewing. Terrible communication and I thought if that's what there like now.... best not renting with them at all...

Was with these for 3 year, they not as bad as the reviews are making out, think i paid a nominal fee like a 100 quid to move in so there fees arnt bad, the girls in the office are lovely, with regards to the quality of the propertys, you get what you pay for.

The property was cheap what i lived in and the condition reflected that but thats what i wanted, any repairs i asked to be done where done in a resnoble time.

To the person who lost there stuff whilst on holiday im quite sure you would have been behind in your rent as they wouldnt do that for no reason.

I only moved as i got a fantastic deal on a new house and If i ever need a house again i would gladley go straight back to these guys 🙂

I was with hartlepool property management in Stockton the house was OK but in bad weather the rain water come in to the house so bad you could see it running down the inside walls I reported it to property management and they contacted the landlord to do all the outside work but he refused so we moved I now live in Hartlepool and are back with hartlepool property management me and my wife love Vicki to bits and would stay with them for ever all are repairs are done very swift and the work men have a very good attitude and are very helpful

TO BE HONEST I SHUD HAVE LISTENED TO THE PEOPLE THAT TOLD ME TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS LANDLORD THINKS THEY KNOW IT ALL ALWAYS TELLING PEOPLE TO CALL THEN WHEN U DO THEY ALWAYS OUT THE OFFICE AND THEY PROMISE TOI GIVE U A CALL BACK WHICH THEY DONT DO
HAD NOTHING BUT BIG PROBLEMS WITH THIS LOT
WOULD HAVE GIVEN A ZERO IF IT WERE POSSBILE
