Rude unhelpful. It’s a shame it is only one person who is very vocal in telling you to shut up and refuses to help even if you are using walking sticks, unless you are in skimpy clothing he will help. He was asked for help today and completely ignored me and left my partner to carry 16 stone shelving on his own which is a bulky item all the way to the flat pack furniture so one end of the bins to the other. It’s a shame that one person ruins it when there is another guy who always helps. I shall be going elsewhere from now on

As long as you are not bothered about it then don't worry, but the tax free earnings of the not always so friendly site staff who where all to eager to have anything resalable from our car( garden tools etc) but when I enquired about one of several spades properties up at the

office I was told it would be ten quid and it would have to be cash but I could pay to dispose of stones from my garden with debit card £ 4.00

I have always found the staff here helpful, until today...
The site manager was rude and aggressive in his manner,
He could clearly see I was on my own in our charity vehicle...
Running a rescue means we can get an emergency call at anytime...so whilst trying to sort and unload the back of the car, I had to take the call..instead of asking if I needed any assistance, as he could see I was clearly upset..I was told to finish the call and stop sorting out the car.
I managed to quickly finish and got all rubbish in the designated bays.
Once finish, I look for the one member of staff that was helpful when I asked where curtain items should go.
At this point the site managed shouted across the parking area....walk away, I have informed camera 3 !!!
Very very upset and dissatisfied with the treatment I received today
