Booking system works really well. Staff there always friendly and helpful. Recently took our old fridge there. We parked in a disabled space as my husband has a blue badge. Soon as the man nearby saw this he was extremely helpful and made the whole process quick and easy

Visited and pre booked, went at the wrong time but the staff were super helpful and kind. Nothing like coming in on a Sunday with a friendly smile. All staff were really polite and helpful. Prefer the booking system rather than waiting around and slagging other drivers off.

SO easy.

From registering to the process of dropping stuff off itself, just first class. Been here on 3 separate occasions. So simple, great layout and staff bend over backwards to be helpful.
