If I could give 0 starts I would! This company are absolutely shocking and I would never use them again. Skip paid for on drop off, was meant to be collected Monday it is now Friday and still waiting. Customer service is terrible and was spoken to very rudely over the phone, giving excuses as to why the skip hasn’t been collected even though they are 5 days late. I’m sure if the skip hadn’t been paid in advance there would be no problems in them collecting on time. Really disappointing!

i have been using heard skip hire for over 2 years now , i have never had any issues with this company . the staff are always polite and helpful even when busy they always find time to help me out when skips are needed or to be collected . And will continue to use this company

DO NOT USE… This is the most rude and unprofessional company I have ever used. They are very quick to take your money but after that you’re in trouble.
We asked for our skip to be collected but they wouldn’t pick it up, all they kept saying is it would be today but they didn’t collect it and this happened every day for 1 week.
The lady on the phone spoke to us like a piece of Sh*t, horrible person with no people skills.
