I researched gate companies for several months before finally going ahead with Heartlands Metal Craft, based on previous customer reviews. So glad I did, albeit, the install took a little longer than I had hoped. Nevertheless, it was reassuring to see they were busy, shows they are in demand.
The installers were super friendly, and polite and always cleaned up very neatly after themselves. The workmanship was 100% exactly how I hoped they would be. Family and all the neighbours love the gate. Several neighbours have stopped and complimented how great it looks and very in keeping with the village. Some photos attached of the before and after. I would highly recommend Heartlands Metal Craft Ltd.

Absolutely no complaints. The job was not big but was tricky. However, Heartlands took care and planned carefully resulting in a smooth installation without (as far as I am aware) any problems.

Jason and the team were top draw from start to finish. Jason was very considerate in listening to our requirements from the start and helping achieve the look, style and finish we wanted to achieve to go with the character and features of the house.

Coupled with that the installation crew overcame blockers and came up with creative ideas in getting the job done.
Kudos to Bailey, Gaz, Kian and Tim as everyday on site they were polite and courteous and cleared up after themselves.

We ordered gates for a driveway last year but were let down badly by the driveway suppliers so we had gates but no drive. However Jason and his team at Heartlands were very supportive and were able to source a builder to erect pillars to hang the gates and are going to help further with recommendations for someone to complete the work. We have received lots of compliments on the gates from neighbours and people passing. They look great. Thank you Heartlands.
