We’ve had the skip since February, and despite repeated calls throughout April, no one has come to collect it. Each time my wife calls, they promise someone will come, but nothing happens. Considering that the whole point of their business is to hire out skips, it hardly seems like great value to leave one sitting unused at someone’s home for three months.

Easy to see why these guys have so many 5 star reviews - competitive pricing, flexible delivery schedules, two weeks as standard but if you fill it early just call them and they’ll collect. Friendly and competent to deal with face to face and over the phone.
Updated August 2025: Had another skip from them this year but I was left with the skip over a month after it was supposed to be collected. They’re very friendly and each week I was promised it would be picked up, but then wasn’t. The pricing is still very good.

We used this company before and were spot on couldn’t fault them, so we decided to use them again! However, after being told our skip would be picked up 4 weeks ago there has been no sign of them, and both me and my partner have been calling multiple times a week as we need the skip off our drive way and after being told different days everytime they still haven’t come and collected our skip! I last spoke to them on Thursday and was promised our skip would have been collected by the end of the week and it still hasn’t been collected!

Over 10 days still not collected the Skip, I have phoned many times but no response. What can I do for your company to collect the skip back. I have paid in advance but no service is not provided. Please please please remove the Skip in front of my house!

I cannot recommend Hemans skip hire enough! It was the first time I used a skip and they made the process very easy & straightforward. The price, delivery & removal was 10/10 I would definitely use them again.
