The staff are always helpful but the one skip i wanted to use was full so I went back a few days later and it was still full and hadn't been emptied. 2 wasted trips.

Staff are rude and unpleasant, parked a the top not at the ramp to move some stuff super quick rather than hold up the traffic, but the staff have other ideas. The lady decided to send me with some metal to another part of the tip then started shouting i cant park at the top. Literally they spend their day shouting at people rather than helping The staff are literally the dumbest rudest jobsworth dribble monkeys i have ever met in my life,.They should all literally go back on the rock n roll and come back to paid employment when they learn how to interact with people without acting like a surly teenager thats been given a monitor badge at slow school.

Some of the staff are delightful, chatty and helpful. The others are domineering and dictatorial in their approach. Over many years I have not often left feeling totally satisfied with the overall experience and interactions. Maybe it’s the staff response to the public who complain to them about the lack of space to park, organisation of receptacles and overall design, all of which prevents easy depositing of articles. In conclusion, the booking system retained since Covid, is the best thing to have ever happened.

I visited the Hereford recycling centre this morning. Being elderly with some heavy items, I was greeted by 2 charming ladies who helped me unload my items. My whole experience was pleasant and friendly. Thankyou ladies. It was a pleasure to meet you.

The website is currently down (and funnily enough the Google review shows the Hereford site as ‘less busy than usual’. I have a car full of stuff so am going to risk it. What are my chances😁

Went along today to the Rothewas Recycling Centre. The booking system is excellent and you can drop off your items with ease. The staff at the centre are outstanding - offering to help and are so friendly. Total respect to the team for all the hard work they do.

I had four heavy bags of garden rubbish and an enormous heavy bag of carpet and underlay trimmings on Wednesday. Caroline was wonderful she immediately came to help me and despite only being the same short height as me and suffering with a dodgy hip, quickly despatched all the bags and me on my way!! I always receive fantastic help. Over many years from the lovely Tom and sadly the late Tim. Recently Mike came to my rescue. Thank you
