I am disabled and had to take a trailer today, when I got there I had quite a lot of wood on board, I started to unload it and this 1 employee walked strait past I thought he was going somewhere but he wasn't, he walked past 4 or 5 times each time doing nothing then someone was behind me younger and fully fit so this guy went and helped him unload his pick up then went past again to help another younger guy unload 2 things from his van. I am not very happy as I thought that the guys there were there to help people in my position clearly he did not!!!!!

Normally I would rate 5 in fact I have always told friend how helpful staff have been for years, but yesterday I had a heavy for me, broken down wooden cabinet with two mirrored doors which probably weighed about 15lbs each I asked a staff member which bin they should go in “with the wood will be ok” he said and then stood with arms folded watching a 92yr old disabled man unload my car. That is the first time I have never been offered help.

Brilliant place, be lost without it, parking to drop off can be difficult at times as it gets busy but that just shows how successful the place is, all in yes it's really good & staff always helpfull.

The speed hump by the green waste skips is far too high. My engine, steering arms and exhaust all scrape it. Please remove or lower it. I told the guy on site and he said quite a few had complained to him and yet it is still there.

Organisation at it's best. Not many people rave on about recycling centres, but this one is a model of how it should be done. Class!
